60 Hope Street Wedding • Liverpool Wedding Photography • All you need is love, love is all you need • Helen and Tom

Helen and Tom’s Liverpool wedding was everything you could ever wish for. I love heading to the groom first, getting about half an hour of getting ready, here it was Tom getting his suit on ready to head off to the church. Arriving at Helen’s family home, the preparations were in full swing, the ladies were getting into their dresses and last-minute sewing and adjustments were made. They were so prepared and on schedule that Helen actually arrived a little early so hovered in the car for a while, taking another spin around the block before getting out and embracing her bride squad before heading down the aisle.

The church was fab with beautiful readings read by nearest and dearest, it had a lovely little spot where I could hide out of view and capture all the goings on which was great. After the “I do’s” Helen and Tom sprung down the aisle, which was beautifully decorated for Harvest, and we organized a fabulous confetti line which was epic! Probably the longest confetti line on the narrowest pavement I’ve ever done!

A few family pictures led into all the guests and me getting on a big routemaster bus – what fun! We did hit quite a bit of traffic heading into Liverpool center, but there was alcohol on the bus which kept everyone lively! We entered the stunning Hope Street to live piano music, and the guests had a few drinks whilst we took a few more fun pictures with the Bridal party and with Helen and Tom. I loved capturing their couple shots around the Liverpool streets, absolutely one of my favourite things to do – ever!

The speeches had me and everyone in stitches, tears were wiped away, shots were taken, songs were sung and cake was cut! The party was in full swing for the first dance and the live singer was just fabulous! I did not want to leave this wedding at all – it was a dream!
