Chelsea Old Town hall Wedding • Chelsea Wedding Photography • Hannah and Jonathan

Hannah and Jonathon were a dream couple, having met Hannah whilst shooting her friend’s wedding it was such an honour when she wanted to book me for her own day! She knew exactly how I worked and how I shoot, and still wanted to book me - there’s no better compliment!

I can honestly say that I LOVED their day! They did the fab thing of booking a really quirky beautiful Airbnb in Chelsea, close to the Town Hall for getting ready. It always makes shooting that more special when the surroundings and light are beautiful. It was also made especially fun with Hannah’s Nieces running around! I joined them on the journey to the town hall and arrived to violin music which was stunning. The ceremony was beautifully simple, and their friends and family really went full swing into the celebrations as they showered them with confetti on the steps. My absolute favourite thing was that we walked everywhere, the guests, the newlyweds and myself. We walked through the streets of Chelsea from location to location, it’s one of my all-time favourite things to shoot at a wedding. It allows for such beautiful natural and quirky shots and shows the real atmosphere and location of the day.

From the couple shots, we walked to join the guests having a Corona or two at a gorgeous Mexican bar where there was a lovely garden opposite which was perfect for some family shots and of course a few more couple shots. From here we all walked again through the streets to the restaurant where speeches had everyone laughing and lots of champagne was popped! They opted for no dancing so I left them to enjoy their meal in peace, smiling all the way home – this was pure documentary, this was my absolute dream of a wedding!
