Flitwick Manor Wedding Photography • Documentary Wedding Photography • Hugh and Bethany

Hugh and Beth were a joy from the moment I met them to talk about their day through to designing and delivering their finished album. They knew what they wanted, and were super organised and on top of all the little details to ensure that their day went without a hitch.

In the stunning village of Flitton I was able to capture both mornings, heading to Hugh first and then onto Beth in her parents stunning newly built home. Being so close to each other I loved going back and forth between the two, following Hugh into the pub beforehand for a cheeky drink!

I felt instantly like a member of the family rather than just a photographer, they were all so welcoming and friendly and let me into intimate details and funny nicknames that join them so closely as a family. And what a family! Weddings are all about two people in love joining their lives, but this one felt like it was two families in love!

The joy throughout the day and the fun had by all was so heart warming, all sides mixed as if there were no sides (mentioned also in their sign outside the church), dancing was continuous throughout the day, as was the laughter.

Every moment was filled with joy; the heart bursting pride and love felt by Beth‘s parents as they opened their gifts, the drinks shared between both fathers before the ceremony, the lighting of candles by both Mothers, everyone waving them off outside, the dancing to the Saxophonist, the dance offs, the heat induced fan waving during speeches, the father daughter dance that turned into full family cuddles...I could honestly go on for days.

This wedding was just pure love in a day, I know that these two and their families will be like this forever! What a magical happy ending!

Thinking of your magical happy ending? Let’s talk!
