Saying 'I Do' at Chiddingstone Castle • Kent Wedding photographer • Chiddingstone Castle • Natural Wedding Photography

Growing up in my early years with Louis, I was over the moon when he asked me to take his wedding photos! Meeting Charli, I knew that with all of their little touches and creativity this wedding would be epic and I couldn’t wait to shoot it!

After taking beautifully chilled out getting ready photos at both locations we headed to the Church. Set in national trust land the surroundings were beautiful; the groom and guests were quenching their thirst in the local pub 950 steps away from the church!) as the sun shone down, it was a scorcher! In fact, when Charli arrived in an amazing open top car the local shop supplied her with bottles of water it was so hot!

The ceremony was personal and touching, it was clear to see how much Louis and Charli love each other, it’s always gorgeous to witness this true emotion.

Celebrations started straight away with local school children shouting their congratulations as I walked around the church and down the confetti line with the new Mr and Mrs!

Being so close to Chiddingstone Castle I walked from the church, through the grounds and into the Organery setting where drinks were in full flow and the merriment began! After group shots and taking Louis and Charli on a little walk for their couple pictures we came back dead on time ready for Charli’s dad’s speech, which I have to say was so touching and just beautiful - tears and laughs all round!

The celebrations carried on into the marquee where everyone’s spirits were high! The second round of speeches had everyone in hysterics and sobs – which is what speeches are made for! The day moved smoothly onto the dance floor where everyone gave their all! It was fab to catch everyone’s reactions to Louis lifting Charli and spinning her around! As it was intensely hot, everyone drifted outside to catch a gorgeous sunset. It was such a beautifully relaxed and serene day, filled with laughter and love. It was truly an honor to capture it!
